At Lashawn Janae, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the personalized nature of our made-to-order garments, returns are eligible for a refund of 50% of the purchase price within 30 days of receiving your item.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it to avoid a cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after this period will incur a fee of 50% of the purchase price.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note, customers are responsible for obtaining their own return label. Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with the return address. We kindly ask that you share the tracking information with us so we can monitor the return. Additionally, customers are responsible for tracking the return shipment.
