Terms and Conditions

I understand and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon purchasing:

  1. I have read the return & shipping policy pages.
  2. I understand that DUE TO COVID-19 there may be a delay in my delivery. It may take 2-6 weeks (only counting business days) OR MORE to receive my order.
  3. I confirm that I have ordered the correct color, style, and quantity.
  4. I understand that changes cannot be made to my order after 24 hours of placing my order. 
  5. I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a delay in my shipping/receiving.
  6. I understand that cancelling my order after 48 hours of placing the order will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of my order value.
  7. I understand that my order cannot be cancelled once shipped
  8. I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct.
  9. I understand if there's a return to sender due to wrong/invalid address I must pay a shipping fee in order to get it sent to the correct address.
  10. I understand that due to COVID-19 that I may or may not have to sign for my package under the discretion of the package handler.
  11. I understand that Lashawn Janae is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS/FEDEX
  12. I understand it is my responsibility to track my order and stay on top of expected delivery date to prevent lost or stolen package. I also understand I may need to provide any requested information to the delivery company. 
  13. I understand that if I choose not to add Aftership protection to my order, Lashawn Janae is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  14. I understand if I received my items damaged or defected I have 5 days to report it in order to receive a discount or possible replacement. After day 5 Lashawn Janae is not responsible for damaged items.

At Lashawn Janae, we're committed to providing you with high-quality, handcrafted garments tailored to your specifications. As each piece is made to order, please note that our processing time is typically 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase.

Once your order has been made and quality-checked by our team, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to your designated address. Please note that we ship from North Carolina, USA.

We offer shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard and expedited delivery. 

Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We strive to ensure timely delivery of your order and will provide you with tracking information once your package has been dispatched.

Return Policy

At Lashawn Janae, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the personalized nature of our made-to-order garments, returns are eligible for a refund of 50% of the purchase price within 30 days of receiving your item.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it to avoid a cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after this period will incur a fee of 50% of the purchase price.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please be advised that for orders placed on Facebook/Instagram or outside of the United States, customers are responsible for acquiring their own return label. Upon receiving the return request, we will promptly provide you with the return address.*


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on FINAL & CLOSE OUT sale, BOGO FREE items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded 50% of the order value on your original payment method (minus the shipping cost). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
