Terms and Conditions
By purchasing from Lashawn Janae, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Policy Acknowledgement: I have read and understand the return and shipping policy pages.
- COVID-19 Delays: I understand that due to COVID-19, there may be delays in delivery, and it may take 2-4 weeks (business days) or longer to receive my order.
- Order Confirmation: I confirm that I have ordered the correct color, style, and quantity.
- Order Changes: I understand that changes cannot be made to my order after 24 hours of placing it. If I change my order during processing, it will cause a delay in shipping/receiving.
- Cancellation Policy: I understand that canceling my order after 48 hours of placing it will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the order value. Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- Address Confirmation: I confirm that my shipping and email address is correct. If there is a return to sender due to a wrong/invalid address, I must pay a shipping fee to have it sent to the correct address.
- Signature Requirement: I understand that due to COVID-19, I may or may not have to sign for my package at the discretion of the package handler.
- Delivery Responsibility: I understand that Lashawn Janae is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS/FEDEX. It is my responsibility to track my order and stay informed about the expected delivery date to prevent lost or stolen packages. I may need to provide requested information to the delivery company.
- Shipping Protection: I understand that if I choose not to add Aftership protection to my order, Lashawn Janae is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
- Damage Reporting: I understand that if I receive damaged or defective items, I have 30 days to report them to receive a discount or possible replacement. After 30 days, Lashawn Janae is not responsible for damaged items.
